  • Napa cabbage has a more delicate texture and lighter taste than the common cabbages.

How to Store:

  • Napa cabbage can be kept in the refrigerator in paper or plastic bags for up to two months with holes poked through.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months

  • Cut napa cabbage into wedges and place into boiling water for 90 seconds. Then plunge into ice water for 90 seconds. Dry napa cabbage off and place in freezer bags.​
