How to Store:
Napa cabbage can be kept in the refrigerator in paper or plastic bags for up to two months with holes poked through.
​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months
Cut napa cabbage into wedges and place into boiling water for 90 seconds. Then plunge into ice water for 90 seconds. Dry napa cabbage off and place in freezer bags.​
