At Mighty Food Farm we have many practices to ensure the vegetables you get from us are clean and safe to eat.  All employees undergo a Health and Hygiene Training upon employment and we review for long term employees at the beginning of each new year.  We are CAPS certified (Community Accreditation Program), which is a Vermont Food Safety Certification. Read more about CAPS HERE.

​We have invested a lot of capital, thought, and time into washing infrastructure and procedures.  We engage in continuing education, such as the Produce Safety Alliance course, webinars, and conferences.
