Rose, field crew and pack shed 2017 to 2021
My four seasons being a team member of the Mighty Food Farm crew was beyond worthwhile to my personal and professional development! The work is diverse, challenging, and educational; I have so many fond memories tactfully weeding onion holes, hauling bundles of freshly pulled garlic, and carefully pruning tomato plants. All these moments accumulated a sense of pride as I contributed to the production of local food that feeds my community. I cannot more highly recommend this positive work experience to any and all who are considering it.

Working at Mighty Food Farm was a great experience, not only did we get to be outside all day growing and harvesting vegetables, it was also a lovely team to be a part of. There was great communication and you knew your opinion mattered. The free CSA share was also a great benefit, because you got to try all of the things you helped grow!
