  • Cabbage is a low calorie, fiber rich leafy vegetable.

How to Store:

  • Cabbage can be kept in the refrigerator in paper or plastic bags for up to two months with holes poked through.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months

  • Cut cabbage into wedges and place into boiling water for 90 seconds. Then plunge into ice water for 90 seconds. Dry cabbage off and place in freezer bags.​
