Cilantro is best stored on the counter in a vase, like a bouquet of flowers. It is best to use it as soon as it is picked.
How to Freeze: Lasts up to 4-6 months
Pack olive oil covered chopped herbs in an ice cube tray. Wrap trays in plastic wrap. Use in soups or stews or thaw in pan over low heat.
