Description:

  • Chard grown on the farm is "rainbow" chard with a variety of colorful stems, full of nutrients and great steamed or sauteed.

How to Store:

  • Best eaten right away, but it can be stored in a plastic bag with holes in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months

  • Boil washed and trimmed chard for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes. Pack dried chard in freezer bags.
