How to Store:
Best eaten right away, but it can be stored with a damp paper towel wrapped around them for up to three days.
How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months
Boil washed and trimmed collard greens for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes. Pack dried collard greens in freezer bags.
