  • Collard greens are full of flavor and somewhat bitter.

How to Store:

  • Best eaten right away, but it can be stored with a damp paper towel wrapped around them for up to three days.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 12 months

  • Boil washed and trimmed collard greens for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes. Pack dried collard greens in freezer bags.
