• Raw bell peppers can be kept for up to three days in a refrigerator when placed inside a plastic bag with holes poked in the bag.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 8 months

• To prepare peppers: core, seed, slice, or dice them, then spread over a sheet tray. Once peppers are completely frozen place in freezer bags.
