  • Brussels sprouts resemble tiny cabbages with a mild taste. They are our favorite vegetable on the farm!

How to Store:

  • Brussels sprouts are best kept in a paper bag or on their stalk and can last for up to one week.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 10-12 months

  • Place brussels sprouts into boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes. Then, plunge into ice water for 3 minutes. Pat brussels sprouts dry and place in freezer bags.
