Brussels sprouts are best kept in a paper bag or on their stalk and can last for up to one week.
How to Freeze: Lasts up to 10-12 months
Place brussels sprouts into boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes. Then, plunge into ice water for 3 minutes. Pat brussels sprouts dry and place in freezer bags.
