Description:

  • Broccoli is a tender flower and can be either cooked quickly or eaten raw.

How to Store:

  • Best eaten right away, but it can be stored in a plastic bag with holes in the refrigerator for up to one week.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 10-12 months

  • Place broccoli florets into boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes. Then, plunge into ice water for 3 minutes. Pat broccoli dry and place in freezer bags.
