  • Bok Choy has a mild flavor with a similar resemblance to cabbage.

How to Store:

  • In a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to one week.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 10-12 months

  • Boil washed and trimmed bok choy for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes. Dry off and place in freezer bags.
