Arugula has a distinct spicy flavor that makes it good to eat alone or in a salad.
How to Store:
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Best eaten within the first five days.
How to Freeze: Lasts up to 4-6 months
Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, then place in ice. Drain and dry. Pack into freezer bag and remove air and seal.
Or, try puréeing the arugula with water and freezing in an ice tray.
