  • Potatoes come in a variety of sizes, shapes and color. They are great for mashing, roasting, or frying!

How to Store:

  • Potatoes in the refrigerator can last up to 2-3 months. If they are kept in the pantry, potatoes will typically keep for 2-3 weeks.

​How to Freeze: Lasts up to 10-12 months

  • Cook potatoes as desired, then mash or slice them. Place in a freezer bag or container leaving 1/2 inch room.
