Leeks have a similar taste to onions and can be used for making soups, pastas, or stock.
How to Store:
Leeks can last in the refrigerator up to 7-14 days.
How to Freeze: Last up to 4-6 months
Trim and halve leeks. Clean thoroughly, then slice into half moons of desired size. Spread on a sheet pan and place in freezer until completely frozen. Place in freezer bags.
