Welcome to Mighty Food Farm
Mighty Food Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm located in Shaftsbury, Vermont. 2025 is our 19th growing season! We are committed to providing the freshest vegetables year-round through our CSA program, local groceries, restaurants, and the Dorset Farmers Market.
Certified organic since 2006, we prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable farming practices to produce the highest quality vegetables for our community.

Our Farming Philosophy
Certified Organic and Real Organic Project Certified
At Mighty Food Farm, we use growing practices that enhance soil fertility and maintain the farm's natural balance. These include composts, cover cropping, biological pest control, reduced tillage, and crop rotation. Healthy soil is the foundation of our farm and the key to nutritious food for our customers!

Visit us weekly at the Dorset Farmers Market—Sundays, 10 am to 2 pm, at the JK Adams Kitchen Store warehouse on Route 30 in Dorset, Vermont.
You can also find our vegetables at Wild Oats Co-op and Mezze Bistro in Williamstown, MA, and Nature’s Market, The Crooked Ram, The Reluctant Panther, The Bennington Community Market, and Powers Market in Vermont.
